Bona fide apprenticeship program definition

Bona fide apprenticeship program means a comprehensive training program registered with the Ohio apprenticeship council or certified by those with which Ohio holds reciprocal apprenticeship agreements.
Bona fide apprenticeship program is an apprenticeship program approved by the California Division of Apprenticeship Standards which has annually graduated apprentices for at least the past five (5) years. The foregoing graduation rate requirement shall not be applicable to any trade or craft not recognized by the California Department of Industrial Relations and/or the California Division of Apprenticeship Standards as an apprenticeable occupation for more than nine (9) years prior to the date of this Agreement.
