Bond Owner definition

Bond Owner. The Beneficial Owner of a Bond.
Bond Owner. With respect to a Book-Entry Bond, the Person who is the beneficial owner of such Bond as reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a Depository Participant or on the books of an indirect participating brokerage firm for which a Depository Participant acts as agent.
Bond Owner means any person who shall be the registered owner of any Outstanding Bond and/or Additional Bonds, as the case may be.
