Bond Payment Fund definition

Bond Payment Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 3.02.
Bond Payment Fund means the fund to be created by the Bond Resolution for the payment of the principal of, interest on, and premium, if any, on the Bonds.
Bond Payment Fund means the fund by that name established in the Indenture.

  • Special Payment Means any payment (other than a Scheduled Payment) in respect of, or any proceeds of, any Equipment Note or the Collateral (as defined in any Indenture).

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
