Bond Registrar Agreement definition

Bond Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement between the City and the Bond Registrar, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 4.
Bond Registrar Agreement means the Bond Registrar Agreement among the School District, the Bond Registrar and, if applicable, the Ohio Department of Education, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Treasurer and signed by the Treasurer in accordance with Section 4.
