Examples of Bond Trust Deed in a sentence
Each Bond will cease to bear interest from (and including) its due date for redemption unless, upon due presentation, payment of the principal in respect of the Bond is improperly withheld or refused or unless default is otherwise made in respect of payment, in which event interest shall continue to accrue as provided in the Bond Trust Deed.
Words and expressions defined in the Bond Trust Deed or the Agency Agreement shall have the same meanings where used in the Conditions unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise stated.
