Bond Trust Deed definition

Bond Trust Deed means the deed so entitled dated on or about the date of this Agreement made between Party B, the Trust Manager, Australian Mortgage Securities Ltd and Permanent Registry Limited.
Bond Trust Deed means the amended and restated bond trust deed dated on or about the date of this Deed between the Issuer and the Bond Trustee constituting the Guaranteed Bonds (as varied, amended, restated, supplemented, substituted or replaced from time to time).
Bond Trust Deed means the bond trust deed dated on or about the date hereof among the Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Financial Guarantor and AGE, without regard to any amendment, modification or supplement thereto other than any such amendment, modification or supplement made in accordance with the provisions of such bond trust deed with the prior written consent of the Financial Guarantor and AGE.

Bond Trust Deed means the bond trust deed dated on or about the date of the Common Terms Agreement between, among others, the Issuer and the Bond Trustee and each Relevant Financial Guarantor acceding thereto, under which Bonds will, on issue, be constituted and any bond trust deed supplemental thereto.
