Bonus Income definition

Bonus Income means, for any Fiscal Year, the excess of the Net Income for Corporation for the Fiscal Year over the Threshold Income for the Fiscal Year.
Bonus Income means, for any Fiscal Year, the excess of the Net Income for the PPT Division for the Fiscal Year over the Threshold Income for the Fiscal Year.
Bonus Income means, for any Fiscal Year, the excess of the Net Income for the Theatrical Division for the Fiscal Year over the Threshold Income for the Fiscal Year.

Examples of Bonus Income in a sentence

  • For each 10 percent of the optimum Bonus Income receivable it is compulsory to sponsor 1 person.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).
