Boost App definition

Boost App or “Mobile App” means Boost’s mobile application which is an application software running on a mobile device where you can register and apply for the Card, activate, access set and edit your Account, including but not limited to, your basic account preferences, your personal particulars, your notification preferences, optional subscription services, view Available Balance and Transactions details, block your Card, and interact with Boost’s customer service;
Boost App or “Platform”), which arranges or facilitates the sale, purchase or subscription of the Funds (as defined hereinbelow) offered by UOB AM whereby you may invest in the Funds and manage them via Boost App (“Investment Service”).
Boost App means a brand name and a mobile wallet electronic payment service provided by Axiata Digital Ecode Sdn Bhd. “Boost Transaction” means a payment to the Merchant by a Customer through the use of Boost for a purchase of goods and/or services. “Business Day” means any day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) on which Mobi is opened for business. “Cardholder” means any person who is the holder of a Payment Card and uses it to pay of goods and/or services from a Merchant.

  • You should never use the Boost App or submit any Transactions on a ‘jailbroken’, ‘rooted’ or otherwise modified device.

  • Any such amendment shall be effective twenty-one (21) days after the revised terms have been posted on our Website or the Boost App, and thereafter such posting on the Website or the Boost App, the revised or new terms will apply to the service, including, without limitation, all future transactions made through Boost UnionPay Service.

  • You must not download the Mobile App from any other app sites, websites or app forums as they will probably be fake or phishing sites which we do not authorize or approve to publish the Boost App.

  • If you do not accept the proposed variation, amendment, revision, substitution or change, you shall disable Boost UnionPay Service in your Boost App immediately.

  • We advise you to check these Terms regularly whenever you visit the Website or log- onto the Boost App to ensure that you are aware of our latest or updated terms and conditions of the services provided by Boost, including the Boost UnionPay Service.

  • Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:
