Investment Service. Dealing on own account, meaning the activity of trading against proprietary capital resulting in the conclusion of transactions in one or more financial instruments.
Investment Service. 1. It is Principal's obligation to manage the investments in this Account. The Custodian is under no duty to supervise or make any reviews or recommendations with respect to the sale or other disposition of any securities or other property at any time held in this Account, except as provided in paragraph II. 3. below.
