Borrower Bonds definition

Borrower Bonds means any Bond registered to the Borrower or any affiliate thereof or held by the Trustee for the account of the Borrower.
Borrower Bonds means (i) Bonds owned or held by the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, or by the Trustee or the Tender Agent, or the agent of either of them, for the account of the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, including, but not limited to, Pledged Bonds, or (ii) Bonds which the Borrower has notified the Trustee, or which the Trustee knows, were purchased by another Person for the account of the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, including, but not limited to, Pledged Bonds.
Borrower Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys described in Section 4.05(c)

Examples of Borrower Bonds in a sentence

  • Unless the Borrower is entitled to a credit under this Agreement or the Indenture, all payments due under this Agreement shall be in the full amount required under the Borrower Bonds and as required to make all payments of principal of and premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds as those amounts come due, for which no other funds are available.

  • Payments, and amounts which are deemed to be payments as provided in this Agreement, on the Borrower Bonds by the Borrower to the Trustee, as assignee of the Authority, shall constitute payments on the loan made to the Borrower under Section 4.1 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Borrower Bonds

Borrower Bonds means Bonds that have been purchased by the Borrower in accordance with Section 3.1(E) of the Agreement.
