Brand Manager definition

Brand Manager means a management company which is an Affiliate of, and manages a brand owned by, a Qualified Brand.
Brand Manager means collectively, each of Embassy Suites Management LLC, Hampton Inns Management LLC, Homewood Suites Management LLC, Hilton Worldwide or any Affiliate of Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International Inc. or any Affiliate of Marriott International, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corporation or any Affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation or Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. or any Affiliate of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
