Brand new means an entirely new start
Brand new means that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current model and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design, materials and software updates and that the goods are manufactured within one (1) year prior to or from the submission and opening of bids, except when the technical specifications required by the procuring entity provides otherwise.
Brand new means that the goods are manufactured within two years prior to the site inspection and acceptance.

For clarity, a Biosimilar of a Licensed Product shall constitute a Generic Version of such Licensed Product.
