Branded Location definition

Branded Location means each store location, service center, distribution center, warehouse or vehicle center operated under any of the Driven Securitization Brands, including as the context requires, any Product Sourcing Business.
Branded Location means, as of any date of determination, any location, whether or not such location offers sit down dining, operated in the United States or any other jurisdiction under any of the FOCUS Franchise Brands.

  • Following the redemption of any gift card or portion thereof at any Branded Location in Canada (other than a Securitization-Owned Location), the Manager will remit the corresponding gift card redemption amount to the applicable Franchisee within 14 days of such redemption (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter) in accordance with the Manager’s normal practices and the Managing Standard.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
