Store Location definition

Store Location means those retail stores owned or operated by Retailer within the United States.
Store Location means the United address set forth in the Rental and Service Agreement.
Store Location means each physical retail store owned or operated under the Company Marks by Company within the United States.

Examples of Store Location in a sentence

  • If at any time Retailer sells or closes a Store Location, the parties shall have the rights and obligations set forth on Schedule 7.19 hereto.

More Definitions of Store Location
