Bridge Documents definition

Bridge Documents means the loan, guarantee and security documents governing the Bridge Obligations, including the Bridge Loan Agreement and the Bridge Security Documents.

Bridge Documents means this Agreement, the ADA, the MOU Documents, the Maintenance Agreement and any related documents to this Agreement, the ADA, the MOU Documents and/or the Maintenance Agreement.

Bridge Documents means the Bridge Loan Agreement and each of the other “Loan Documents” referred to therein, as each may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Bridge Documents in a sentence

• The Bridge Documents related to the Purchaser’s Note are deemed amended by the terms of this Agreement effective as of the date hereof.

• Except as otherwise expressly modified by this Agreement, all terms, provisions, covenants and agreements contained in such Bridge Documents, as amended by the Prior Amendment, shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect, and Purchaser shall continue to have all rights, and Borrower and the Borrower Parties shall continue to have all obligations, under the Bridge Documents (as amended by this Agreement and the Prior Amendments).

• The Bridge Documents related to the Purchaser’s Note, as amended by the Prior Amendments, are deemed amended by the terms of this Agreement effective as of the date hereof.

• Except as otherwise expressly modified by this Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement, all terms, provisions, covenants and agreements contained in such Bridge Documents shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Bridge Documents, neither the principal amount of Purchaser’s Note, nor any interest thereon, shall be convertible into shares of Borrower Common Stock.

More Definitions of Bridge Documents

Bridge Documents means "Loan Documents" as such term is defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time with the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
