Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.
Class Member means a member of the Class.
Settlement Class Members means any member of the Settlement Class.
Participating Class Members means all Class Members who do not submit valid
British Council Entities means the subsidiary companies and other organisations Controlled by the British Council from time to time, and any organisation which Controls the British Council (the “Controlling Entity”) as well as any other organisations Controlled by the Controlling Entity from time to time;
Settlement Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Settlement Class.
Participating Class Member means a Class Member who does not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion from the Settlement.
High Court means the High Court of Ireland.
Named Plaintiffs means: Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx.
Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Geneva Convention means the Convention of 28 July 1951 relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of 31 January 1967;
Non-Participating Class Member means any Class Member who opts out of the Settlement by sending the Administrator a valid and timely Request for Exclusion.
Youth court means the court established pursuant to this chapter to hear all proceedings in
Quebec Court means the Superior Court of Quebec.
British Council Requirements means the instructions, requirements, policies, codes of conduct, guidelines, forms and other documents notified to the Supplier in writing or set out on the British Council’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/new/about-us/jobs/folder_jobs/register-as-a-consultant/policies-for-consultants-and-associates/ or such other web address as may be notified to the Supplier from time to time (as such documents may be amended, updated or supplemented from time to time during the Term);
Labour Court means the Labour Court established by section 151 of the Labour Relations Act;
Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.
Settlement Class Counsel means the law firm of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP.
Class Counsel means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx LLP, Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx of Hausfeld LLP.
Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
civil partner in relation to a person, means a civil partner within the meaning of the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010, but does not include a civil partner who is living separately and apart from the person;
Justice means a justice of the peace;
Fugitive from justice means any person who has fled from any state, territory, the
Plaintiffs means the Class Representatives and the Class Members.
Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and any and all of her respective current and former employers, parent entities, controlling persons, owners, members, principals, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past or present officers, directors, managers, partners, stockholders, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers.
Registered Clubs Act means the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and any regulation made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976. Any reference to a provision of the Registered Clubs Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Registered Clubs Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
