BritNed Access Rules definition

BritNed Access Rules means the rules of that name established by BritNed providing for the sale and use of rights to use the Interconnector as amended from time to time, the current version of which has been made available to the Participants;
BritNed Access Rules means the Access Rules relating to the Interconnector published by BritNed but, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Allocation Rules;

  • For the purposes of calculating the Credit Limit under Article 23 ( Credit Limit) of the Allocation Rules and Rule B7 (Payment Security) of the BritNed Access Rules, any outstanding payment obligations of the Registered Participant under the BritNed Access Rules shall additionally be taken into account.

  • The Participant wishes to buy rights to use the Interconnector under the terms of the BritNed Access Rules.

  • BritNed is the operator of the Interconnector and has established the BritNed Access Rules governing the relationship between BritNed and the Participants and more particularly setting out the arrangements for selling rights to use the Interconnector and the terms of use.

  • This chapter should be read in conjunction with Rules D8 (Curtailment) and D9 (Curtailment Reconciliation) of the BritNed Access Rules published on the website of the Allocation Platform which cover the curtailment of Daily and Intraday Interconnector Capacity and Daily and Intraday MNNs.

  • Following the Long Term Nomination Gate Closure, if there is a Capacity Shortage, the Long Term MNNN values, in that Settlement Period and in that direction, are curtailed under this Annex on a pro rata basis with any Daily and Intraday MNNNs to be curtailed under the BritNed Access Rules.

  • These Allocation Rules shall be read together with the BritNed Access Rules and shall apply from delivery day 01 January 2021.

  • By way of amendment to Article 2 ( Definitions and interpretation) of the Allocation Rules, the definition of “Information System Rules” shall mean the terms and conditions for access to and use of the Auction Tool by Registered Participants as set out in Rule A9 (Information System Rules) of the BritNed Access Rules.

  • Limited access highway means a highway:

Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • CCASS Rules means the General Rules of CCASS and the CCASS Operational Procedures in effect from time to time;

  • TBS Access Code means any code or number as may be prescribed by the Bank to enable the Account Holder to operate any Telephone Banking Service and includes but is not limited to such access codes known as the Customer Identification Number (“CIN”) and/or the Telephone Personal Identification Number (“T-PIN”) (as the case may be).

System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
