Access Rules definition

Access Rules means methodologies used to establish terms and conditions for access to (including use of) the licensee’s interconnector but notincluding those related to charges
Access Rules means these rules for Intraday Capacity Allocation applied by the Allocation Platform;
Access Rules means restrictions or prohibitions on access applicable to designated land pursuant to 19.34.3.10 NMAC.
