Broadband Charges definition

Broadband Charges means the charges payable by the Cus- tomer in relation to the Broadband Services as set out in the Commercial Schedule, these Broadband Terms or as otherwise agreed between Company and the Customer;

Examples of Broadband Charges in a sentence

  • If the Broadband Service is suspended for failure to pay the Broadband Charges, Company shall charge the Customer a reactivation fee of £10.

  • Any data used outside of this allowance will be charged at the rates set out in your Mobile Broadband Charges Guide.

  • You must pay line rental Charges and (if you are a Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband customer) Post Office® Broadband Charges, in advance, by the date set out in each bill we send you.

  • If you cancel in this way, we will refund any Charges relating to Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband which you have paid in advance for the period starting 30 days after we tell you that we are going to change the Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband Service, the Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband Charges, Part 1 (General) or Part 3 (Post Office Homephone® with Broadband) of these Terms and Conditions or the Fair Use Policy.

  • If we tell you that we are going to change the Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband Service, the Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband Charges, the terms of Part 1 (General) or Part 3 (Post Office Homephone® with Broadband) of these Terms and Conditions or the Fair Use Policy in a way which causes you significant disadvantage then you may cancel Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband by contacting our Customer Services.

  • If you cancel in this way, we will refund any Charges relating to Post Office HomePhone with Broadband which you have paid in advance for the period starting 30 days after we tell you that we are going to change the Post Office HomePhone with Broadband Service, the Post Office HomePhone with Broadband Charges, Part 1 (General) or Part 3 (Post Office HomePhone with Broadband) of these Terms and Conditions or the Fair Use Policy.

  • If the Broadband Services are suspended for failure to pay the Broadband Charges, the Supplier shall charge the Customer a reactivation fee of not less than £99.

  • You can find the Charges (including any special offers ) in the current version of our Price List.You must pay line rental Charges and (if you are a Post Office HomePhone® with Broadband customer) Post Office® Broadband Charges, in advance, by the date set out in each bill we send you.

Related to Broadband Charges

  • Fees and Charges means the fees and charges set out in Appendix 2, including such fees and charges as may be revised by the Service Provider from time to time by amendment to Appendix 2 in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

  • Schedule of Fees and Charges means the information on fees and charges that we give you when you open your Account; and amendments or replacements issued to you from time to time. An up-to-date version of this schedule is available from any of our offices and on our Website.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.

  • Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, incurred by Customer for Services provided under this Agreement, excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international access that is passed-through (Type 3/PTT) or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by a Cybertrust Security Service Provider listed in the Guide, and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;
