Commercial Schedule definition

Commercial Schedule means the document set out at Schedule 6;
Commercial Schedule means the document or documents entitled Commercial Schedule, which set out the Charges associated with a particular Service, all of which shall form part of this Agreement;

More Definitions of Commercial Schedule

Commercial Schedule. Means Schedule 1 of this Agreement. “Code of Practice” Means the Three Code of Practice made available on xxx.xxxxx.xx (as amended from time to time).
Commercial Schedule means the commercial document containing, amongst other things, the Charges for the Service which, when agreed between the parties, constitutes a part of the Agreement.
Commercial Schedule or “Sales Order” means the document or documents entitled Commercial Schedule and/or Sales Order, which set out the Charges associated with a particular Service, all of which shall form part of this Agreement;
