Examples of Broker Assisted Exercise in a sentence
A Broker Assisted Exercise shall be deemed to be an exercise for cash under clause (i) of the preceding sentence.
Unless further limited by the Committee in any Option, the Option Price may be paid in cash, by certified or cashier’s check, by wire transfer, by money order, through a Broker Assisted Exercise, with Shares (but with Shares only if expressly permitted by the terms of the Option), or by a combination of the above; provided, however, that the Committee may accept a personal check in full or partial payment.
