Broker Warrant definition

Broker Warrant means a broker warrant exercisable to purchase one Broker Share at the Exercise Price until the Expiry Time;

Broker Warrant means a non-transferable broker warrant exercisable to purchase one Common Share at the Exercise Price until the Expiry Time;

Broker Warrant has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2(c);

Examples of Broker Warrant in a sentence

• If any one or more of the provisions or parts thereof contained in this Broker Warrant Certificate should be or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions or parts thereof contained herein shall be and shall be conclusively deemed to be, as to such jurisdiction, severable therefrom.

• Whenever used in this Broker Warrant Certificate, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural, and vice versa, and words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender.

• The headings of the articles, sections, subsections and clauses of this Broker Warrant Certificate have been inserted for convenience and reference only and do not define, limit, alter or enlarge the meaning of any provision of this Broker Warrant Certificate.

• Each Special Broker Warrant was deemed exercised for, without payment of any additional consideration, one broker warrant (the “Broker Warrants”).

• Unless otherwise stated, a reference herein to a numbered or lettered article, section, subsection, clause, subclause or schedule refers to the article, section, subsection, clause, subclause or schedule bearing that number or letter in this Broker Warrant Certificate.
