Buildable area definition

Buildable area means the net area of a site which is available for building once all applicable setbacks have been applied in accordance with the Comprehensive Zoning By-law
Buildable area. - means that portion of a lot remaining after the required yards have been provided.
Buildable area means that portion of a lot bordered by the Front Setback Line, Rear Setback Line, and Side Setback Lines. The primary building on a lot may only be in the Buildable Area. See Figure 02 appended to this Ordinance.
