Builder Authorised Signatory means any person:
Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.
Authorised Driver means any driver approved by Xxxxxx and whose name is noted in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as an authorised driver;

Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.

Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.
Authorised “Directed” or “Approved” shall mean the authority, direction or approval of the Engineer.

Authorised Representatives means the duly authorised officers, directors, employees etc of either Party as recorded in Annex C;
the Signature Date means the date on which this Agreement is signed by the Party signing last in time;
authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;
Duly authorized representative shall include any person or persons acting within the limits of his or her authority.
Ground sign means a sign directly supported by the ground without the aid of any other building or structure, which sign includes the names of owner(s) and/or tenant(s) and address and/or advertises goods, products, services or events that are sold, offered, or provided on the premises on which the sign is located and does not include any other sign defined in this By-law;
authorised official means a person authorised to implement the provisions of this By-law, including but not limited to–
Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
Authorised Authority Representative means the Authority representative named in CCN as authorised to approve agreed Variations to the Contract.

authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for NPS/A. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
