Building Completion Certificate definition

Building Completion Certificate means a building completion certificate issued by the Relevant Authority confirming that the Building Works have been completed in respect of the Unit;
Building Completion Certificate means a certificate to be issued by an Official on the completion of the building by an allottee in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Agreement for lease.

Building Completion Certificate means the Phase 1 Building Completion Certificate, either BOA Building Completion Certificate or the Phase 2 Building Completion Certificate (as the case may be).

Related to Building Completion Certificate

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-in- Charge when the work/s have been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Occupancy Certificate means the occupancy certificate, or such other certificate by whatever name called, issued by the competent authority permitting occupation of any building, as provided under local laws, which has provision for civic infrastructure such as water, sanitation and electricity;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.
