Building Description means Exhibit C attached hereto which generally describes the type of construction of the Building.
Building Description. The building is a three-story, 39,000 sf, multi-tenant professional office building that was constructed circa 1994 with each floor having a footprint of 13,000 ± sf. The suite sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. It is located in the heart of the Central Business District within easy walking distance to the Kanawha County Courthouse, Charleston City Hall, Federal Courthouse, restaurants and social amenities. There is an onsite parking lot to the north of the building, as well as a public parking garage located across the street from the property. There is also metered parking along both sides of Xxxxxxx Street and Quarrier Street. The building has afterhours controlled access.
