Building Documents definition

Building Documents shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.1.
Building Documents means the specification and drawings relating to the Works in the form of Annexure 4 “Certificate” has the meaning specified in Schedule A
Building Documents means any records, books of account, approvals, plans, drawings, specifications, schedules, feasibility studies, reports, certificates and other documents relating to any Building Works, including, without limitation, the Mortgagor's copy or counterpart of any Building Contract and any Approved Plans.

  • The originals (or copies if originals are not available) of all the Building Documents.

  • Except for the Building Documents, the Exception Documents and other materials delivered or made available to Buyer, to Seller's knowledge, there are no other documents or agreements binding on Buyer and/or the Project, after Buyer's acquisition of the Project, which would have a material adverse effect on the value or operation of the Project.

  • Building Documents" shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.1.

  • All plans and specifications maintained by Tenant in connection with the Building and/or any improvements, and any warranties and guaranties and operating manuals relating to the Building and/or Premises (collectively, the "Building Documents") shall become the property of Landlord, and such documents (but Tenant may retain copies thereof) shall be delivered to Landlord upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease Term, to the extent not previously delivered to Landlord.

  • Within three (3) business days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver or otherwise make available to Buyer online to Buyer the documents referenced on Schedule 3.1 attached hereto (collectively “Building Documents”), for Buyer to inspect to the extent that such documents are in the possession of Seller and to the extent that such Building Documents exist.

  • If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Buyer shall use Buyer's good faith efforts to return to Seller the Building Documents that Buyer has received from or through Seller within ten (10) days following such termination.

  • If this Agreement is terminated, then promptly following such termination, Buyer shall return to Seller the Building Documents and any other materials pertaining to the Project that Buyer has received from or through Seller.

Related to Building Documents

  • Operating Documents are, for any Person, such Person’s formation documents, as certified by the Secretary of State (or equivalent agency) of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization on a date that is no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, and, (a) if such Person is a corporation, its bylaws in current form, (b) if such Person is a limited liability company, its limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement), and (c) if such Person is a partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar agreement), each of the foregoing with all current amendments or modifications thereto.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Condominium Documents means the master deed, recorded pursuant to this act, and any other instrument referred to in the master deed or bylaws which affects the rights and obligations of a co-owner in the condominium.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11. For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;

  • Building materials means such commodities or articles as are specified by the Administrator by notification to be building materials for the purposes of this Act;

  • Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.
