Built Area definition

Built Area means the Built Area existing from time to time as identified in the City’s Official Plan as approved and identified on Schedule 3;
Built Area means area covered immediately above the plinth level and the external area up to upper floor.
Built Area means that portion of a site area covered by a building or buildings.

  • The Allottee shall pay to the Developer a non refundable deposit of Rs. 50/- per Sq. Ft. of the Super Built Area of the Unit towards provisional Sinking fund to meet therefrom such expenses as be necessary or incidental for the maintenance upkeep and running of the Common Areas.

More Definitions of Built Area

Built Area means such densely populated area, most part of which is developed as commercial, industrial or residential area having essential amenities and has been defined as built area under the Master Plan or has been demarcated as such by the Board of the Authority. Built area shall not include colony/ area developed in a planned manner.

Related to Built Area

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
