Bulk storage tank definition

Bulk storage tank means a tank for the bulk storage of petroleum, petroleum products, chemicals, gases or similar substances. This definition shall not include a storage tank which is accessory to another use on the lot where such tank is located.
Bulk storage tank means a tank for the bulk storage of petroleum, gasoline, diesel or other fuels, oil, gas, propane or flammable liquid or fluid but does not include a container for flammable liquid or fluid legally and properly kept in a retail store or a tank for storage merely incidental to some other use of the premises where such tank is located.
Bulk storage tank means any aboveground petroleum storage tank at a facility required to have a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan pursuant to 40 CFR § 112.
