Bundled Application definition

Bundled Application means any software application other than an Application that is distributed as part of a bundled download or installation with any Application, where the term “bundled” means that the User may not separately download or install the Application without also downloading or installing the Bundled Application.
Bundled Application means the Plug-In Software as an integrated component of the Retailer Application.
Bundled Application means the Licensee Modifications as integrated or combined with the Licensee Product.

Examples of Bundled Application in a sentence

  • Your use of the Software has no limit on the number of units of the Bundled Application shipped, and is not limited to any single Licensee Product, or Processor, but must be used only with Licensee Products within the Field of Use.

  • Licensee may not distribute any Bundled Application to any End User unless such End User is bound by an enforceable end user license agreement.

  • This agreement will contain all of the terms and conditions listed in Section 2.6.7 below as well as the following additional terms: (i) the agreement will prohibit the Subdistributor from distributing the Bundled Application to any End User without first obtaining a binding enforceable end user license agreement from such End User; and (ii) requires that the Subdistributor enforce such agreement.

  • Your use of the Software has no limit on the number of units of the Bundled Application shipped, and can be used with multiple instantiations of the Licensee Product but is limited to use with a single Processor.

  • Your use of the Software has no limit on the number of units of the Bundled Application you ship, but is limited to use with a single Licensee Product, using a single Processor.

  • Your use of the Software is limited to shipment of 10,000 units of the Bundled Application for use with a single Licensee Product, using a single Processor.

  • Licensee may not distribute any Bundled Application to an OEM (i.e. a party who further embeds or incorporates a Bundled Application with its own products for subsequent distribution to Subdistributors or End Users) unless such OEM first enters into a binding, enforceable agreement with Licensee.

Related to Bundled Application

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Application Unit means such number of Units or whole multiples thereof as specified in this Prospectus or such other whole multiple of Units determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to the Participating Dealers.
