Bundled Green Energy definition

Bundled Green Energy means Energy, Green Attributes, and any other Product, the quantity of which is measured based on the amount of Delivered Energy, in each case, that are produced by or associated with the Project. The quantity of Bundled Green Energy shall be equal to the lesser of the quantity of (i) [When Seller is SC for the Project or when Buyer is SC but Project is not in the VER Forecasting Program: Contract Energy] [When SDG&E is SC for the Project and Project is in the VER Forecasting Program: Delivered Energy] (ii) Green Attributes that are delivered to Buyer, and (iii) any other Product that is delivered to Buyer, the quantity of which is measured based on the amount of Delivered Energy.   • The quantity of Bundled Green Energy that Seller expects to be able to deliver to Buyer from the Generation Facility during each Contract Year is [_____] MWh (“Contract Quantity”).
