Bureau Data definition

Bureau Data means any Consumer Report and/or any other related consumer information received by NCC and/or Client who has a permissible purpose for receiving such information in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.) including, without limitation, all amendments thereto (“FCRA”).
