Bus Infrastructure Contribution definition

Bus Infrastructure Contribution means the sum of £38,796 (thirty eight thousand and seven hundred and ninety six pounds) (Index Linked (RPIX)) payable in two equal instalments split between the Employment Development and the Residential Development which is subject to the Bus Infrastructure Contribution Condition

Bus Infrastructure Contribution means the sum of £[36,857 (thirty six thousand and eight hundred and fifty seven pounds]) to be used by the County Council to towards the provision of bus stop infrastructure at the North West Bicester Development and Middleton Stoney Road "First Bus Infrastructure Contribution Notice" means a notice issued by the Owner or Developer to the County Council stating that the Owner or Developer is willing to pay the first [50%] instalment of the Bus Infrastructure Contribution in accordance with this Schedule "Second Bus Infrastructure Contribution Notice" means a notice issued by the Owner or Developer to the County Council stating that the Owner or Developer is willing to pay the final [50%] instalment of the Bus InfrastructureContribution in accordance with this Schedule
Bus Infrastructure Contribution means the sum of £[X] (Index Linked) to be paid by the Developer to the County Council in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for the improvements to the Bus Shelters including the provision of kerbing at an accessible height and real-time passenger information facilities;
Bus Infrastructure Contribution means £360,000 (three hundred and sixty thousand pounds) to be payable in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 7 to this Deed;

Related to Bus Infrastructure Contribution

  • Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • energy infrastructure means any physical equipment or facility which is located within the Union or linking the Union to one or more third countries and falling under the following categories:

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Broadband infrastructure means the physical infrastructure used for the transmission of data that provides broadband services. “Broadband infrastructure” does not include land, buildings, structures, improvements, or equipment not directly used in the transmission of data via broadband.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Cogeneration unit means a unit that has equipment used to produce electric energy and forms of useful thermal energy (such as heat or steam) for industrial, commercial, heating or cooling purposes, through the sequential use of energy.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section I.1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • IT Infrastructure means software and all computers and related equipment, including, as applicable, central processing units and other processors, controllers, modems, servers, communications and telecommunications equipment and other hardware and peripherals.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Generation Unit means a facility that converts a fuel or an energy resource into electrical energy.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a third party that forms part of the global payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems, intermediary banks and correspondent banks.

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the large generator interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and Interconnection Provider concerning the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Irrigation efficiency (IE) means the measurement of the amount of water beneficially used divided by the amount of water applied. Irrigation efficiency is derived from measurements and estimates of irrigation system characteristics and management practices. The irrigation efficiency for purposes of this ordinance are 0.75 for overhead spray devices and 0.81 for drip systems.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
