WEB PORTAL ACCESS Sample Clauses

WEB PORTAL ACCESS. (i) Provide twenty-four (24) hour per day access to reports and processed information, provided to under Section 1 herein, through a secure web portal created and maintained by IAE. Such web portal access shall be created and provided to Operator approximately thirty (30) days from the execution of this Agreement. Operator must meet IAE defined requirements for access as detailed in Section 2 herein. IAE will use all reasonable efforts to ensure a service availability target of 96% when measured on an annual basis and that down time of the system is no longer than one (1) business day for any one incident. (ii) IAE shall provide Services under the terms of this Agreement contingent upon the timely receipt of data required by IAE from Operator. It is understood between the parties that the ability of IAE to provide timely and accurate reports and processed information through these web-based services is dependent upon the quality and timeliness of the data received from Operator. (iii) If Email, or pager or cell phone alert notifications are required by the Operator, the Operator shall be responsible for acquiring and maintaining the required pager and cell phone hardware and software and pay any associated communications fees. It is the Operator’s responsibility to establish an alert notification contact list and advise IAE of any changes.

WEB PORTAL ACCESS. (a) The Customer has access to the EnergyAustralia’s online energy management portal (the Web Portal), which provides access to the Customer’s electricity invoices, Meter data and site statements, via a username and password. (b) The Customer acknowledges that EnergyAustralia owns the data used to create the invoices, Meter data and site statements. The Customer must only use and reproduce the invoices, Meter data and site statements accessed via the Web Portal in accordance with this Contract. (c) The invoices, Meter data and site statements accessed by the Customer via the Web Portal contain Confidential Information. The Customer must keep its Web Portal username and password safe and not allow it to be shared with or used by a third party unless that third party is acting as an agent of, a broker or service provider to the Customer. Only the Customer may change its Web Portal password. (d) The Customer must notify EnergyAustralia in writing: (i) when a third party acting as an agent, a broker or service provider to the Customer is required to have access to the Web Portal at any time during the term of this Contract; and (ii) when Web Portal access to a third party acting as an agent, a broker or service provider to the Customer shall be ceased at any time during the term of this Contract. (e) The Customer indemnifies EnergyAustralia and its contractors and service providers against any loss or damages which they might suffer, or be liable for, as a result of any unauthorised use of the Customer’s Web Portal username and password, howsoever caused. (f) EnergyAustralia does not warrant that the Customer’s access to the Web Portal will be continuous and fault free. The Customer must notify EnergyAustralia of any loss of, or fault in, access to the Web Portal. (g) EnergyAustralia has no liability to the Customer arising out of the Customer’s use of, or reliance on, any information accessed by it via the Web Portal. (h) EnergyAustralia may terminate the Customer’s access to the Web Portal if the Customer does not comply with any provisions under this clause 18. (i) In this clause, Customer includes employees, contractors of the Customer, and any third party authorised by the Customer.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Network Access Control The VISION Web Site and the Distribution Support Services Web Site (the “DST Web Sites”) are protected through multiple levels of network controls. The first defense is a border router which exists at the boundary between the DST Web Sites and the Internet Service Provider. The border router provides basic protections including anti-spoofing controls. Next is a highly available pair of stateful firewalls that allow only HTTPS traffic destined to the DST Web Sites. The third network control is a highly available pair of load balancers that terminate the HTTPS connections and then forward the traffic on to one of several available web servers. In addition, a second highly available pair of stateful firewalls enforce network controls between the web servers and any back-end application servers. No Internet traffic is allowed directly to the back-end application servers. The DST Web Sites equipment is located and administered at DST’s Winchester data center. Changes to the systems residing on this computer are submitted through the DST change control process. All services and functions within the DST Web Sites are deactivated with the exception of services and functions which support the transfer of files. All ports on the DST Web Sites are disabled, except those ports required to transfer files. All “listeners,” other than listeners required for inbound connections from the load balancers, are deactivated. Directory structures are “hidden” from the user. Services which provide directory information are also deactivated.
