The Business Management Fee shall be reasonable in relation to the nature and quality of services performed by the Business Manager.
After the Stockholders have received a non-cumulative, non-compounded return of five percent (5.0%) per annum on their Invested Capital, the Company may pay, in any fiscal year, the Business Manager a Business Management Fee in an amount up to one percent (1.0%) of the Average Invested Assets, payable quarterly in an amount equal to one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Average Invested Assets as of the last day of the immediately preceding quarter.
