Business Terms definition

Business Terms means commercial terms and conditions, which shall be applicable to the respective Contract via reference in such Contract to such terms and conditions. Business Terms are available at www.sibur.int.com/doccuments/.
Business Terms means the Agreement and the PO, collectively and individually, as the context requires. “PetSmart” means PetSmart, Inc. or its affiliates or wholly-owned subsidiaries. “PetSmart Documents” means the Business Terms and any related policies or documentation that PetSmart provides Vendor from time to time or that is available to Vendor on PetSmart’s website. “PO” means a purchase order for Products, which includes these Terms and Conditions for Purchase Orders and any schedules attached to such PO. “Product(s)” means the goods or services, collectively and individually, as the context requires, provided by Vendor under a PO, together with related packaging, labeling, documentation, transportation and anything else furnished by Vendor with respect to such goods, and any and all deliverables provided by Vendor under a PO with respect to such services. “Vendor” means the person or entity to which the PO has been issued, and its related entities, affiliates, agents, representatives and subcontractors.
Business Terms has the meaning set forth in Section 9.

Examples of Business Terms in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise stated, and notwithstanding Section 10 of the Wholesale Contract and Section 20 of the Business Terms, any communication with the Contracting Wholesaler under or for the purposes of this Schedule 1B of the Business Terms (including the giving of any notice or the provision of any report or other document) will be sent to a designated key contact of the Contracting Wholesaler.

  • Unless otherwise stated within this Schedule of the Business Terms, key contacts of each Party in relation to the provision of TE Service A or TE Service B are set out in Appendix 4 of the Business Terms.

  • It is in the full discretion of the Company to communicate any such amendments to its Business Terms with any way other than publishing these in its website.

  • This Annex is a “country annex” as referred to in Clause 40.3 (Status of Terms, Country Annexes, Additional Applica- ble Business Terms, etc) of the Terms.

More Definitions of Business Terms

Business Terms shall have the following meanings in this Lease:
Business Terms means the terms set out in this Appendix.
