Examples of Business Terms in a sentence
In addition to the rights and remedies provided in the Business Terms, each party has all of the rights and remedies available to it under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of California; provided, however, that Vendor waives against Zest all rights to claim or collect punitive or exemplary, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity damages.
The following words have these meanings in this Agreement unless the contrary intention appears: Agreement means these Business Terms and Conditions; Approved Business means a hospitality business.
No waiver, modification, or amendment of the Business Terms will be valid unless in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties, subject to Section 9.
All purchases of Products by Zest will be governed by the Business Terms.
