Buyer Part definition

Buyer Part means any component, part, or detail of any component or part, designed, manufactured and/or sold by Buyer; and
Buyer Part means any component, part, or detail of any component or part, designed, manufactured and/or sold by Buyer; and (iii) “Aftermarket Activity” shall mean transactions (including sales to third parties, including the U.S. Government) for products or services by Seller related to or based on the following: (a) creating a repair for a Buyer part; (b) designing a new part that is similar or identical to a Buyer Part; (c) comparing a Buyer Part design with another part design; (d) obtaining Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) pursuant to Part 21.303 of the Federal Aviation Regulations; (e) obtaining approval from a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) under FAA Order 8110.4 to repair a Buyer Part; or (f) obtaining any other governmental approval to manufacture or repair a Buyer Part.
Buyer Part means those Component Parts (i) added by Buyer to the Base Vehicle following a Delivery and prior to the distribution of the Final Vehicle and (ii) not sold by (A) Seller, whether a Service Part or otherwise or (B) Seller’s Suppliers as a Service Part for the Base Vehicle.

  • Seller will furnish Buyer with any documentation necessary to establish the country of origin, appropriate value for Customs Clearance, Buyer Part Number and Part Description, as well as documentation necessary for Customs Clearance and Other Government Agency reporting (FDA, FCC, DOT, etc.).

  • If StrongKey delivers nonconforming Goods to Buyer, Part 6 of Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in North Carolina shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to such nonconforming Goods, subject to any agreement between the parties regarding the return or replacement of such nonconforming Goods.

  • If a Buyer Part Number (PN) is included in Seller’s quotations and offers for sale of Seller products and services, Seller’s use of Buyer’s PN is for convenience, shall be for reference only and Buyer’s specifications shall not apply unless Seller specifically states in Seller’s quotations and offers for sale of Seller products and services that Buyer’s PN specifications apply.

Seller must obtain Buyer’s written permission before selling any Product to any third party purporting to purchase Products under authority of Buyer.
