Caa Excess definition

Caa Excess means the excess, if any, by which the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Caa Underlying Assets exceeds 7.5% of the Maximum Investment Amount; provided that, in determining which of the Caa Underlying Assets shall be included in the Caa Excess, the Caa Underlying Assets with the lowest Current Market Value Percentage shall be deemed to constitute such Caa Excess.
Caa Excess means the amount equal to the excess of the Principal Balance of all Caa Obligations over an amount equal to 10.0 per cent. of the Collateral Principal Amount as of any Measurement Date; provided that, in determining which of the Caa Obligations shall be included in the Caa Excess, the Caa Obligations with the lowest Market Value (assuming that such Market Value is expressed as a percentage of the Principal Balance of such Collateral Obligations as of such Measurement Date) shall be deemed to constitute such Caa Excess.

Caa Excess means, for any date of determination, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate principal balance of all Caa Obligations as of such date over 7.5% of the Maximum Investment Amount (or the excess over such lesser percentage as determined by the Collateral Manager in its discretion).

  • Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders (other than such Defaulting Lender) had funded all of their respective Defaulted Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of such Defaulting Lender.
