Examples of Calculation Agent Appointment Letter in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Agreement (except for Schedule 10 (Calculation Agent Appointment Letter)) do not apply to Instruments which are VPS Instruments.

  • The Issuer and the Guarantors will appoint a Calculation Agent in relation to each Series of Notes pursuant to the Form of Calculation Agent Appointment Letter contained in Schedule 3 of this Agreementand will be named as such in the relevant Final Terms(s) or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Conditions and all matters incidental thereto.

  • The Issuer may also appoint a dealer or any other person to act as a Calculation Agent on any Series of Floating Rate Notes subject to the execution of a letter substantially set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Calculation Agent Appointment Letter) of this Agreement with such dealer or such person.

  • Unless otherwise agreed between the Issuer and the Mandated Dealer in respect of an issue of Notes, the Calculation Agent (where the Calculation Agent is other than the Mandated Dealer) in respect of such Notes shall be appointed on terms as agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Calculation Agent, substantially the same as those set out in Schedule 5 (Form of Calculation Agent Appointment Letter) to this Agreement.

  • Agent's Fee Letter means the letter agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as hereafter amended from time to time) between the Borrower and the Agent respecting certain fees payable to the Agent for its own account.
