California Executive definition

California Executive means the Governor of the State of California, acting on behalf of the agencies, departments, subdivisions, boards, and commissions of the executive branch of the State of California, including, without limitation, CDWR. California Executive shall not include the CPUC or any other body created by the California Constitution.
