Executives definition

Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).

Executives means any individual who is, was, or has agreed to become a director and/or officer of the Corporation and/or an Affiliate.

Examples of Executives in a sentence

• If the Dispute cannot be resolved by the Chief Executives within 15 Working Days of the matter being referred to them, either party may give a notice to the other requiring that the Dispute be referred to mediation.

• Where the Dispute is not resolved by discussion between the parties within 15 Working Days of such notice being given, the matter is to be referred to the Chief Executives (or a person nominated by the Chief Executive) of the parties for resolution.

• In the event a dispute arises regarding the performance of any obligations under this MOU, it will be referred to the parties' Chief Executives.
