Call Notice Period definition

Call Notice Period means the period from the first anniversary of the opening of the Venue to and through forty-five (45) days after the later of (a) the first anniversary of the opening of the Venue, (b) the first anniversary of Substantial Completion of CityWalk or (c) ninety (90) days after Universal’s “Islands of Adventure” project opens for business to the general public.
Call Notice Period means the number of days of advance notice the Borrower must provide to the Escrow Agent before the Borrower can access the funds subject to the Call Deposit, with such period to be agreed by the Borrower with the Escrow Agent prior to the booking of the Call Deposit.
Call Notice Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days immediately prior to the date of delivery of the Call Notice (as defined above).

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.

  • Transfer Notice Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.06.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).
