Call Party definition

Call Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e).
Call Party means, (i) PAG, where an EFSL Event of Default has occurred, and (ii) EFSL, where an Investor Insolvency EOD has occurred, as the case may be;
Call Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).

  • Lender Recipient Party means collectively, the Lenders, the Swing Line Lender and the L/C Issuer.

  • Other Parent means an individual who, in common with a deploying parent, is:

  • Controlling shareholding means not less than 51% of the voting rights or paid up share capital in the Company/Consortium.

  • Managing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).

  • Representing Party A Person that has transferred Mortgage Loans, directly or through one or more intermediaries, to the Trustee pursuant to an agreement for the sale of Mortgage Loans pursuant to which a Representing Party has made representations and warranties with respect to certain Mortgage Loans, and under which the Trustee, its successors and assigns has recourse against such Representing Party for any breach thereunder with respect to such Mortgage Loans.

  • Selling Party has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Net Sales.”
