Campbell Stock definition

Campbell Stock means Capital Stock of the Company.
Campbell Stock means capital stock of Campbell Soup Company.
Campbell Stock means the shares of capital stock issued by Campbell.

  • The Campbell Stock to be offered under the Plan pursuant to Options, SARs, Performance Unit Awards, and Restricted Stock and unrestricted Campbell Stock Awards must be Campbell Stock previously issued and outstanding and reacquired by the Company.

  • Each non-employee Director may elect to receive all or a portion (in 10% increments) of any cash compensation in shares of Campbell Stock, which will be issued quarterly.

  • Any shares of Campbell Stock subject to an Option which for any reason is cancelled (excluding shares subject to an Option cancelled upon the exercise of a related SAR) or terminated without having been exercised, or any shares of Restricted Stock which are forfeited, shall again be available for Awards under the Plan.

  • The Participant may satisfy any minimum amounts required to be withheld by the Company under applicable federal, state and local tax laws in effect from time to time, by electing to have the Company withhold a portion of the shares of Campbell Stock to be delivered for the payment of such taxes.

Related to Campbell Stock

  • Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
