Canada Learning Bond definition

Canada Learning Bond means a Canada Learning Bond as described in the CES Act;
Canada Learning Bond means the Canada Learning Bond as defined in the Canada Education Savings Act. Subject to any restrictions of the applicable Tax Laws, the Canada Learning Bond is paid into the Plan on behalf of a Plan Beneficiary;
Canada Learning Bond means the bond payable or paid under BILL C-5, Section 6 (1) of the Canada Education Savings Act.
