Canadian Parent Guaranty definition

Canadian Parent Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.10(b).
Canadian Parent Guaranty means each Canadian Parent Guaranty in the form of Exhibit H-5 or such other guaranty in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time).
Canadian Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Canadian Parent pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement.
