Canadian Swing Line Commitment definition

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the Global Swing Line Lender to make Canadian Swing Line Loans to the Canadian Borrower and the U.S. Borrowers, as requested by the Canadian Borrower or a U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.9, up to a maximum principal amount of Cdn. $20,000,000 in the aggregate and on a cumulative basis at any one time outstanding.

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means as to any Lender (a) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.04(b) hereof or (b) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Canadian Swing Line Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Canadian Swing Line Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agents pursuant to Section 11.06(c).

Examples of Canadian Swing Line Commitment in a sentence

• During the Canadian Revolving Credit Commitment Period, the Canadian Borrower may use the Canadian Swing Line Commitment by borrowing, repaying and reborrowing, all in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

• Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect the Canadian Swing Line Commitment of any Person that becomes the Canadian Swing Line Lender after the Closing Date pursuant to this Section 2.04(g)(ii).

• Each borrowing under the Canadian Swing Line Commitment shall be in an amount equal to U.S.$100,000 or a whole multiple of U.S.$50,000 in excess thereof, in the case of borrowings in U.S. Dollars, or C$100,000 or a whole multiple of C$50,000 in excess thereof, in the case of borrowings in Canadian Dollars.

• The original amount of the Canadian Swing Line Commitment of the Swing Line Lender in respect of the Canadian Swing Line Loans is $25,000,000; provided that the amount of the Canadian Swing Line Commitment shall be reduced from time to time by the amount of any reductions thereto made pursuant to subsection 2.4A(ii).

More Definitions of Canadian Swing Line Commitment

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Canadian Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite the Canadian Swing Line Lender’s name on Schedule 2.04 (as such Schedule may be updated from time to time pursuant to this Agreement). The Canadian Swing Line Commitment of the Canadian Swing Line Lender may be modified from time to time by agreement among Xxxxx, the Canadian Agent, and the Canadian Swing Line Lender. Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect any modification to the Canadian Swing Line Lender’s Canadian Swing Line Commitment effected pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence.

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means the commitment of the Canadian Swing Line Lender to make Canadian Swing Line Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding not to exceed Cdn.$3,000,000 or the Dollar Equivalent thereof at any one time.

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means the commitment of the Swing Line Lender in respect of the Canadian Swing Line Loans to make Canadian Swing Line Loans pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) Cdn $ Equivalent of $5,000,000 and (b) the aggregate Unused Revolving Commitments.

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means, as to any Canadian Swing Line Lender at any time, the obligation of such Lender to make Canadian Swing Line Advances, as such may be increased or reduced from time to time.

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means as to any Lender (a) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.04(b) hereof or (b) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Canadian Swing Line Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Canadian Swing Line Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agents pursuant to Section 11.06(c).

Canadian Swing Line Commitment means, with respect to the Canadian Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite its name on Schedule I hereto under the caption “Canadian Swing Line Commitment” or, if the Canadian Swing Line Lender has entered into an Assignment and Acceptance, set forth for the Canadian Swing Line Lender in the Register maintained by the Applicable Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.08(d) as the Canadian Swing Line Lender’s “Canadian Swing Line Commitment”, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
