Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or the Guarantor or any of their respectiveany of its subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer or the Guarantor shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries purchase any Bonds that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Registrar of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and shall procure their cancellation.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer, BT Group plc or any of their respective Subsidiaries purchases any Securities that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall immediately notify the Registrar of the principal amount of those Securities which have been purchased and shall promptly cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Principal Paying Agent.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer purchases any ETP Securities of the relevant Series of ETP Securities that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Registrar and send them (if in definitive form) to the Registrar.
Cancellation by Issuer if the Relevant Issuer or the Guarantor (in the case of EFI Notes) or any of its subsidiaries purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Relevant Issuer or the Guarantor, as the case may be, shall forthwith cancel them or procure their cancellation, inform the Principal Paying Agent, the Belgian Paying Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Principal Paying Agent.
Cancellation by Issuer. The Issuer and any of its subsidiaries of affiliates may at any time purchase Notes in the open market or otherwise, subject to the provisions of Condition 5(20). All Notes which are so purchased will be deemed to be cancelled by the Registrar and the aggregate principal amount of the relevant Global Note shall be reduced accordingly.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any party acting on its behalf purchases any Bonds or Coupons, the Issuer shall promptly notify in writing the Principal Paying Agent of the principal amount of those Bonds it has purchased and may cancel them or procure their cancellation and send them (if in definitive form) to the Principal Paying Agent.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer purchases any Notes which are required by the Conditions to be cancelled after such purchase, the Issuer shall procure their cancellation and send any Definitive Note Certificates representing such Notes to, or to the order of, the Fiscal Agent and the Fiscal Agent shall inform the Registrar, who shall make the corresponding entry in the Register and, in the case of a Global Note, by reduction in the principal amount of the Global Note.
Cancellation by Issuer. If the Issuer or any other entity on the Issuer’s behalf purchases any Notes that are to be cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Issuer shall as soon as reasonably practicable cancel them or procure their cancellation, promptly inform the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, in writing and send them (if in definitive bearer form) to the Fiscal Agent. If the Issuer or any other entity on the Issuer’s behalf purchases any of its Notes for cancellation, the Issuer shall provide the Fiscal Agent or Registrar instructions in the form agreed to by the Fiscal Agent or Registrar confirming the details of the Notes to be purchased. The Issuer shall provide the instructions to the Fiscal Agent or Registrar no later than two (2) Business Days prior to the date on which the Notes are intended to be purchased and cancelled, or on such other date as may be agreed between the Fiscal Agent or Registrar, as applicable, and the Issuer at the relevant time. Once the Notes have been received by the Fiscal Agent or Registrar, it will request the immediate cancellation of the Notes.
