Cancellation Event definition

Cancellation Event means a customer instruction which would result in us breaching a law, regulation or sanction;
Cancellation Event means a situation where we elect at our sole and absolute discretion to cancel an FX Contract under the terms of this Agreement or due to: your death, illness, threat of legal action against you or an Insolvency Event.
Cancellation Event as defined in Section 15(b) of the Lease, and shall include a Loss Event.

More Definitions of Cancellation Event

Cancellation Event means, that in the determination of the Calculation Agent, all or some of the Debt Securities, are terminated or cancelled for any reason, and as a result thereof in the sole discretion of the Calculation Agent, such termination or cancellation either affects the aggregate hedge positions in respect of the Warrants or otherwise makes it impossible, impracticable or unduly onerous for the Issuer or the hedge provider to hedge the Issuer's obligations in respect of the Warrants;
Cancellation Event means an event described in the ISO tariff or paragraph 11 of this Construction Commitment Agreement which leads to or may lead to the cancellation of the Connection Project;

If Recipient is a member of the Board of Directors of Eclipsys, a Cancellation Event means, and shall be deemed to occur upon, cessation of Recipient’s service as a director of Eclipsys, unless at the time of such cessation Recipient is then an employee of Eclipsys or any of its Affiliates, in which case Recipient shall thereafter be treated as an employee for these purposes.
