Cancellation Rate definition

Cancellation Rate means the percentage of times Driver Partner accepts but then cancels a trip, in the 30 day period from that Driver Partner’s last trip.
Cancellation Rate is the number of Cancelled Slates in a measured time period (e.g. month or Fiscal Quarter (“Period”)) expressed as a percentage of the number of Total Slates in the same Period.
Cancellation Rate. ’ means the total number of cancellations received over the course of a given period divided by the total number of gross reservations in that period;

Examples of Cancellation Rate in a sentence

  • Cancellation Rate - For each completed year of service under the Volunteer Service Cancellation provision, a portion of this loan will be canceled at the following rates: • 15 percent of the original principal loan amount for each of the first and second 12-month periods of service; and • 20 percent of the original principal loan amount for each of the third and fourth 12- month periods of service.

  • Merchant Cancellation Rate Merchant initiated cancelation rate must be less than 2.75%.

  • If you book a Roomer Flexible Cancellation Rate, you are entering into a transaction with Roomer, and Roomer, not Priceline, is the merchant of record.


More Definitions of Cancellation Rate

Cancellation Rate means, with respect to residential Projects in a particular Stage of Completion, originated through a particular Sales Channel, the rate of cancellation set forth in Schedule D of the Borrowing Base Certificate most recently delivered pursuant to Section 6.02(m) for such Stage of Completion and such Sales Channel.

Related to Cancellation Rate

  • Cancellation Charges means collectively (i) the Booking Amount; (ii) all interest liabilities of the Allottee accrued till date of cancellation; and (iii) brokerage paid to real estate agent/channel partner/broker, if any (iv) the stipulated charges on account of dishonour of cheque; (v) administrative charges as per Promoter’s policy and (vi) amount of stamp duty and registration charges to be paid/paid on deed of Cancellation of this Agreement

  • Cancellation Notice has the meaning given in Clause 8.6;

  • Capitalization Rate means 7.00%.
