Capacity User definition

Online Access Agreement means this Online Access Agreement, including the appendices hereto. User means an employee of the Shipper who is granted access to Energinet Online pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Online Access Agreement.

Examples of Capacity User in a sentence

  • Further, the Shipper shall specify the authorisation level of each User as Capacity User, Nomination User or Viewer and/or as either Master Data Administrator or Master Data Viewer.

  • Subject to clauses 5.3 and 5.4, this Deed may not be Terminated by either Party for so long as the EWIC Capacity User remains a party to an EWIC User Agreement.

  • Subject to clause 2.3, the EWIC Capacity User agrees to be bound by and to comply with the terms of this Deed and the EWIC Access Rules.

  • Where there is a Dispute, a representative of each of EIL and the EWIC Capacity User with authority to resolve the Dispute must meet within 10 Business Days of a request to meet made by either Party and seek to resolve the Dispute.

  • If EIL ceases to be Interconnector Administrator under the BSC, then EIL’s appointment as agent for the EWIC Capacity User under clause 3.1 of this Deed terminates with effect from the time that EIL ceases to perform that function.

  • The EWIC Capacity User acknowledges that it will be required to execute and deliver to EIL any such new form of deed to replace this Deed as a condition of its right to use capacity.

  • If the EWIC Capacity User is under a legal obligation to protect the interests of any third person in any information reasonably likely to be disclosed by EIL under clause 6.1, then the Parties shall discuss in good faith mutually acceptable arrangements to protect the interests of that third party in that information in accordance with the relevant legal obligation.

Related to Capacity User

  • Generation Capacity Resource shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Capacity Export Transmission Customer means a customer taking point to point transmission service under Tariff, Part II to export capacity from a generation resource located in the PJM Region that has qualified for an exception to the RPM must-offer requirement as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.6(g).

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Capacity Resource shall have the meaning provided in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Commencement Date:

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” Shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. Here, the CUF is expressed in AC terms.

  • Capacity Market Seller means a Member that owns, or has the contractual authority to control the output or load reduction capability of, a Capacity Resource, that has not transferred such authority to another entity, and that offers such resource in the Base Residual Auction or an Incremental Auction.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Capacity Attributes means any and all current or future defined characteristics, certificates, tag, credits, ancillary service attributes, or accounting constructs, howsoever entitled, other than Resource Adequacy Benefits, attributed to or associated with the electricity generating capability of the Generating Facility.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • RA Capacity means the maximum megawatt amount that the CAISO recognizes from a Project that qualifies for Buyer’s Resource Adequacy Requirements and is associated with the Project’s Capacity Attributes.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Transponder means an access device used to gain entry to the parking facility;
